I am so thankful to have Tire Pro in Pasadena near me! Whenever I have an issue with my car, whether it’s something with my tires or any other problem, this is the place I trust to take my car. Everyone there works with their heart and truly cares about their customers. I especially want to recognize the managers, Henry and Tarik. They are both incredibly honest, trustworthy, and always tell you the truth about what your car really needs. I never feel like they are trying to sell me something I don’t need, and that means so much to me. When it comes to great customer service, Tire Pro has it! I feel comfortable and confident bringing my car there, knowing that I will be treated with respect and honesty. Thank you, Henry, Tarik, and the entire Tire Pro team, for always taking care of me and my car. I truly appreciate you all! Highly recommended!

Wonderful professional service. I feel very taken care of by the entire team. Having my truck run, safe and smoothly is monumental importance for my family and me. They went the extra step and found additional items that needed to be taken care of communicated with me what it was and repaired it. They even gave me a ride home because I didn’t look at my messages before I arrived. I would not trust anybody else with my truck’s Repairs. The best Tire service ever👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👊🏾😊🙏🏾

I purchase 4 new tires and since the tire I selected is a hot selling tire so they are out of stock. I have to wait for about 2-3days for stock to arrived shop. Henry keep me posted until my tire arrived their shop. Henry is a soft spoken person and you will feel at home inside the shop.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Henry and Tariq since the opened years ago. This loyalty now extends to our grown kids as a result of their prices, knowledge and always there for any maintenance, repair etc. They have worked on our cars, trailers, motorhome and even on a boat. I got a nail in my tire and tried to fix it with a DIY repair kit. However, while doing the repair, I discovered there were additional nails in the tire, so it was best to replace it. Since I bought the car used and hadn’t changed the tires before, I decided it was a good time to replace all four. I started searching for an affordable shop with good tire pricing. After extensive online research and calling a few shops for quotes, I came across Pasadena Tire Pros. They gave me a quote over the phone for Pirelli tires, and based on my research, there was also a manufacturer rebate available. I asked whether they would honor the rebate, and they said they needed to check and would get back to me. A few days later, I received a call confirming that they would accept the rebate. That made the price very attractive, so I went in right away to get the tires replaced. The entire process took about 1.5 hours, and I spent the time walking around the area. Everything went smoothly, and Henry took great care of us. I would definitely recommend Tire Pros for your tire needs—be sure to ask for Henry. He’s very friendly and easy to work with.
